From time to time, DMI sends out communications to owners.  We would like to use E-Mail for these communications because they are faster and less costly.  DMI will not send out E-Mails to owners unless they have been specifically authorized to do so .  This requires completion of a form and sending it to DMI.  This is a link to the form.  NOTE FOR OWNERS OF MULTIPLE CONDOS:  When completing the form, make sure to indicate ALL the condos you own at the top of the form.

Form to report Landscaping Issues and Concerns This form is for homeowners to complete and send to the office if they see an issue with Landscaping that they want to draw to the attention of our on site manager and our landscaping committee.
