Thanksgiving at Kihei Kai Nani 2019 Wow, what a feast we all enjoyed at Kihei Kai Nani for Thanksgiving. That dinner was really incredible. All the Turkeys’, entrees, side dishes, and desserts looked and tasted amazing. Thank you so much everyone for joining us for Thanksgiving. We had over 120 guests and owners for the dinner. Donna our amazing coordinator brought it again this year. A big thank you to everyone that volunteered to bring dishes, help set up, decorate and the cleanup we couldn’t have done it without all of your support. HIGH RISK COMPONENTS INSPECTION Attention Owners You will recall the Board of Directors of Kihei Kai Nani passed a high risk component resolution in May of 2016. The Board of Directors believes that it is in the best interest of the Association to identify high-risk components and to implement certain requirements with regard to those high-risk components in accordance with Chapter 514B. Office New computer purchased for front office. Bids requested for roofing the office building in 2019. Vacant Unit 118 Painted, ready for new tenants. New stove, microwave, and disposal purchased and installed. Drapes cleaned and rehung. Trees All trees along driveway trimmed. Wooden Bench New bench in memory of Larry Lowery placed by laundry room. Previous bench broke. Golf Another free golf cart received from Kihei Akahi. A little work
