The Transformer has finally been installed!
After a long year of waiting, we are finally coming to the end of this important and essential project. During the week of October 18, MECO finally installed the transformer, which will generate added electricity for the KKN Office and laundry room. Our 2 large dryers will finally be up and running, and our solar can finally be completed, so we will soon see a huge drop in our office and laundry room electricity bill! August 18, 2020 UPDATE: HAWAII PRE-TRAVEL COVID-19 TESTING FOR TRANS-PACIFIC VISITORS DELAYED TO OCT. 1 AT THE EARLIEST MORE: https://bit.ly/3l4Nj5Z Governor David Ige this afternoon on August 18, 2020 announced a delay in the start of the state’s pre-travel testing program to Oct. 1, 2020 at the earliest. Mandatory 14-day quarantine for arrivals extended to October 1, 2020 Hawaii’s mandatory 14-day quarantine for all arrivals is in effect through October 1, 2020. Don’t risk illness, arrest or fines — visitors and returning residents alike. The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau notes that the state’s quarantine order is unlike any other in the country.
