Projects and Repairs on the Property

 

Weather Prep

• The property is now ready for Hurricanes Lane and Olivia, to minimize storm damage.

Office

• New computer purchased for front office.
• Bids requested for roofing the office building in 2019.

Vacant Unit 118

• Painted, ready for new tenants.
• New stove, microwave, and disposal purchased and installed.
• Drapes cleaned and rehung.

Trees

• All trees along driveway trimmed.

Wooden Bench

• New bench in memory of Larry Lowery placed by laundry room.
  Previous bench broke.

Golf

• Another free golf cart received from Kihei Akahi. A little work got it running. The other cart could no longer be repaired.

Garbage and Recycling

• We are changing to Aloha Waste at the end of September.

Miscellaneous Repairs

• Work on lanai of unit #268 to repair spalling (aka spalding).

Maintenance Request

• Repair roof leak into unit #244 from the walking deck of unit #343.
