PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Hi Everyone,
There have been changes at Kihei Kai Nani since the last President’s Letter in December, 2021. The first change was in our Board of Directors. After the election at the January 29, 2022 Owners’ Meeting, five Board members retired, and five new Board members were elected for the first time. The new officers are: Max Craddock (244) Vice President; Tom Mitchell (222) Secretary; Liz Voigt (153) Treasurer; and I am now the new President (375). Vern Wood, (264), Grant Norris-Jones, (149) and Pat Hoskin, (163), are members at large, with Pat continuing to serve as Landscape Chairperson. Grant will chair the newly formed Lot 1A Committee, and Jeff Kern, who is taking a well deserved rest from the Board, has agreed to continue serving as Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee. His knowledge of our property and his contributions in time and energy during our office renovation was matchless.
