  1. Smoking is only permitted in 2 designated areas on the Kihei Kai Nani property. There is NO SMOKING on Lanais, the Pool Area or on grounds.
  2. Smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside units.

Welcome to the website of the Association of Apartment Owners (AOAO) of Kihei Kai Nani.

Kihei Kai Nani is a vacation condominium complex of 180 units located at 2495 South Kihei Road, Kihei, Hi. 96753. The complex consists of 13 – 2 and 3 story buildings in a 5-acre garden setting. We are located on the south side of Maui, directly across from Kamaole Beach II, where owners and guests can enjoy watching the sunsets, swim, or just relax on the golden sandy beaches. This Web site was established to provide faster and improved distribution of information to owners of the AOAO at Kihei Kai Nani. The Board of Directors, working committees, and our Site Manager will provide and distribute information to owners on a timely basis.
